Board Member At-Large

• Is a current member of the Association
• Makes a serious commitment to participate actively in board work
• Regularly responds to board discussions and motions in a timely manner
• Volunteers for and willingly accepts assignments and completes them thoroughly and on time
• Stays informed about board matters, prepares themselves well for meetings or email discussions, and reviews and comments on minutes and reports
• Builds a collegial working relationship with other board members that contributes to consensus
• Is an active participant in the boards evaluation and planning efforts
• Notifies the COB in the event they are unavailable for more than 3 days
