• Communication Procedures for the Board of Directors and selected appointed positions:
  The Board shall be composed of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and three (3) Board Members-at-Large. The appointed positions occupied by the current Newsletter Editor, Roster Chairman, Webmaster and Reunion Planner will be included in all board communications if they do not serve as elected board members.
