Technical Sergeant Robert Miles Ferguson, USAF (Ret.)

WARNER ROBINS - Robert Miles Ferguson, 78, passed away on Friday, December 3, 2004 at Houston Medical Center. Funeral Services will be held at 11A.M. on Monday, December 6, at the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. -Visitation will be 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 5, at McCullough Funeral Home.

T/Sgt. Ferguson, USAF (Ret.) was born December 10, 1925 in Winnesboro, South Carolina. He began his military service in the United States Navy during World War II and went on to serve in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War as a Flight Engineer on a C-7 Caribou with the 457th TCS from 1966-1967. After retiring from the United States Air Force in 1973, he worked in the Air Force Exchange on Robins Air Force Base.

Preceding him in death were father, Lewis R. Ferguson; mother and stepfather, Ruby and George Humphries; sister, Ruth Bennett; brother, Lewis H. Ferguson; and grandson, Jason Parrish.

Survivors include loving and devoted wife of 60 years, Anzo Darlene Ferguson, Warner Robins; daughter, Carol Parrish, Macon; daughter, Barbara Gibbs (Ted), Warner Robins; daughter, Jackie Ferguson, Warner Robins; daughter, Alice Harris (Bill), Illinois; brother, Donald R. Humphries; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
