John Walter Stymerski, Jr.

 

John Walter Stymerski, Jr. 59, passed away on September 24, 2004 in Orlando, Florida.  Mr. Stymerski was born December 16, 1944 in Brooklyn, NY to Jane and John Stymerski.  His father died at a young age and John entered the Air Force, served at Phu Cat AB, Vietnam. He was honorably discharged and worked for the Federal Aviation Administration as an avionics inspector and instructor in Washington D.C., Oklahoma City, Louisville, Kentucky and Orlando, Florida.  John retired in 2000 and spent many hours working on photos for the Vietnam Vets and making collages for his grandchildren. He loved fishing and computer work. He was a member of the VFW, Eagles, Kentucky Colonels, Vietnam Vets Association, and the C-7A Caribou Association.  He is survived by his sister and her husband, Janice and Rudy Tranka and their family of Woodside, NY; and special long-time companion, Kay Davis and her family.
