C-7A CARIBOU ASSOCIATION

16th Annual Reunion
May 12th – 15th
Red Lion Inn
Salt Lake City, Utah

Our reunion is early this year. We have less planning time for the reunion. The 16th Annual Reunion will be held in Salt Lake City. At the same time we will have a Memorial Plaque Dedication in Ogden, about 30 miles North of Sal Lake. We will be bussed to Ogden. There will be a reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres Friday night. The dedication will be on Saturday at the Hill Museum. We will have lunch at the Hill Club and return to the hotel for a no host cocktail hour followed by the banquet.

The Hospitality/War Room will be open from noon on Wednesday. This year the Association will not be providing tours. We are located near the Temple Square area and there are numerous commercial tours available. If the weather cooperates, there is a fantastic free walking tour of Temple Square. A complete online guide is available at www.visitsaltlake.com.

We will be staying at the Red Lion Hotel at 161 West 600 South. The hotel provides a free airport shuttle and a courtesy shuttle in the downtown area. For those of you flying in, this will save a $40 per person shuttle cost that we would have had if we had stayed in Ogden.

The registration fee of $70 includes welcome reception, bus to and from Ogden, lunch at Hill, and banquet. We encourage you to register early. We have to make guarantees to the hotel catering department and the Bus Company. By registering early you will ensure we have space for you. Canceling by May 12 will ensure that the fee will be refunded. Please advise Jim Collier at 916-966-404 or jascoll@pacbell.net if you are planning to attend. We need preliminary attendance count for reserving the busses. Please review the cancellation clauses in the registration forms. The Red Lion requires a 48 hour cancellation to avoid having to pay a one night stay.
